We collect your personal data through forms and cookies on our website and through third party software. Below we have described the different types of third-party software used on our website:
Hair Tools
For the management of booking and recording information, we use the software program ‘Hair Tools’. In this program information is stored, which is provided by the customer at the time of booking and subsequently through consultations and treatments. When you book a time for a consultation or treatment, the information is processed in Hair Tools and within this same system we store your records, pictures and purchase transactions. If you buy a product in our web shop, the purchase will also be registered in Hair Tools so that we can find the product for you again.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics gives us access to how you navigate our site, and Google Analytics collects data using cookies. These cookies collect information about your use of our website, including your IP address for tracking your behavior. We also use Google Analytics for our marketing, and you may experience dynamic ads after visiting our site.
MailChimp
We use the mail program MailChimp to send out newsletters and offers to customers. Through MailChimp, we collect email addresses, IP addresses, and timestamps used to send relevant newsletters.
ePay
We use ePay as a payment gateway at kennyanker.dk. Epay is a Danish payment gateway with high security. EPay constantly monitors their systems and always has a backup system that helps keep track of their data. Card data and all communications about transactions are automatically encrypted. Your personal data is passed to ePay when you place an order on our website.
HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA KEPT?
Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary. This means that when your personal data is no longer relevant to us, it is automatically deleted in a secure manner. There is the possibility that we may process your data for statistical purposes, but in this case your data will always be anonymous.
