These terms and conditions apply to consumers only.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

At kennyanker.dk, we always disclose the most important information about our product(s).

Under the product descriptions you can learn about what each product is used for and the effects it has; how to use them with tutorial tips as well as an ingredient list.

ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION
You can order our products from kennyanker.dk.

 

To place an order with us you will have to go through the following steps:

  1. place the product/s you wish to purchase in your shopping cart.
  2. View cart
  3. Apply coupon code if relevant
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Add billing and shipping information.
  6. Select delivery options
  7. Add your credit card information
  8. Double check your order.
  9. Read and agree to our privacy policy and our terms of sale and delivery.
  10. Place your order.
  11. Read through and check the order confirmation when you receive it.
  12. Contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies between your order and the order confirmation.

 

All orders are subject to availability.

 

The order is not binding until you have placed the order and we have sent you an order confirmation.

 

The order confirmation contains an order number, name, billing address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of the ordered products, and the total price including any delivery costs.

 

When you receive your order confirmation from us, we recommend that you review it and immediately contact Kenny Anker ApS if it contains errors or discrepancies.  If you discover any, you are obligated to contact us immediately so we can cancel your order or change it if possible.

 

 PRICES AND PAYMENT

The final price for each product is indicated at checkout and only binding after you have placed your order.  

 

Prices quoted on the product page and in the shopping cart are considered to be an invitation to tender, not binding as an offer.

 

All prices include Danish VAT (25%) but exclude delivery costs and other taxes and fees. These will be applied separately, see separate section on delivery.

 

Payment can be made using Dankort, VISA Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and JCB Cards. Your card will be charged a transaction fee in accordance with the rates charged by NETS Danmark A/S. 

 

We deduct the total amount due from your account when your order has been shipped.

 

When paying by credit card, your credit card and billing information will be sent directly to our payment provider via SSL-encryption.  

 

DELIVERY

When shipping to Denmark, the cost of delivery is 40-45 Danish Crowns.

 

If you purchase products for more than 450 Danish Crowns your order will be sent free of charge.

 

Delivery costs are indicated at checkout, after you have chosen the desired delivery time and method.

 

Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of the order confirmation.

 

The shipment is delivered with Postnord to your home address or to a parcel pickup point that has been selected. You can also choose to add a company address as a place of delivery. See more about this at gls.dk or at pakkelabels.dk.

 

When your order is ready to be or has been delivered to the parcel collection point, you will receive confirmation of this via your specified email.  

 

Kenny Anker ApS is responsible for products until you have received them (meaning they have been delivered to your home or to the parcel collection point).

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You have the right to cancel your online purchase for up to 14 days after you have received your order in the mail, or, if the order is divided up into several deliveries,  from the date the first delivery is received. 

 

You can return your purchase in one of the following ways: 

  • by notifying Kenny Anker ApS in writing of your intention to invoke your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and thereafter return the product(s) to us within 14 days of giving notice.
  • by refusing the shipment and giving written notice no later than 14 days after the package was delivered to you at your home.
  • by not picking up the shipment after delivery to the parcel collection point and giving written notice no later than 14 days after the package was delivered to you at the collection point. 

 

Written notice

 

In order to return your purchase for a full refund, you must give us written notice, clearly stating, that you wish to return your purchase by enforcing your right of withdrawal within 14 days after you have received your purchase.

 

Notice needs to be given before, or at the same time, that you return your purchase. You cannot return a purchase simply by refusing to receive the item.

 

Any notice invoking your right to withdrawal can be sent to info@kennyanker.dk, or you can download our standard withdrawal form here and send it to us by regular post, along with the products you want to return.

 

We recommend that you keep a copy of the shipping receipt and the e-mail in order to document that you: 

  • have sent notice invoking your right to withdrawal in a timely manner
  • have returned the purchase in a timely manner.

 

Returning your purchase

If you would like to return your purchase, the items must be returned to:

During the returns process, you are responsible for the package / product(s) until we receive it, and it is therefore your responsibility that it is securely wrapped for the shipment.

 

Keep the post receipt and any track and trace number safe.

 

The product(s) you return must be in the same condition as when received. 

 

You must return your order within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return a purchase.

 

You will have to pay the cost of returning the item when you return a purchase.

 

Exclusions

 

Skincare and makeup products are sealed before shipment due to health and hygiene reasons and cannot be returned if the seal has been damaged or broken after delivery or if the product has been used.

 

Your right to withdrawal will be wholly void or partially void if the products

  • Have been used causing value depreciation
  • Are damaged, while you have them in your possession
  • Have been handled in a way that a person normally wouldn’t in a physical shop.

 

Refunds

When you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price, including delivery costs equivalent to the price of our standard shipping option.

 

We will grant you a refund as soon as we have received the products, or when you have provided documentation that the product(s) have been returned.

 

If the returned products are damaged or used in a way, so that they have decreased in value, you will be liable for this and we will deduct the whole purchase price or a part of the purchase price from your refund, depending on the extent of the depreciation.

 

Defective products

 

Purchases that are made directly in Kenny Anker salons or online are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods Act. CISG does not apply to sales made on kennyanker.dk.

 

Under the act you have the right to exchange your products or receive a refund within 2 years of receipt, if you discover any manufacturing or material defects.

 

When you receive your order, you should therefore immediately inspect the products that you have purchased for defects. When buying skincare and makeup products it is important that you open them and inspect them for quality.  

 

In order to invoke a defect, you need to give us written notice within 2 months after you have discovered that the product is defective, wherein you need to state your claim and your reasons immediately. Failing to give notice without undue delay when the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered will result in you losing the right to invoke a defect.

 

In any case, you forfeit the right to invoke any defects when the product you have purchased has reached its expiration date.

 

Also, any defects caused by incorrect use or handling will not be exchanged and you will not receive a refund.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Center for Complaints which is a part of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

 

You can send your complaint via www.forbrug.dk.

 

You can also submit a claim via the European Commission’s online complaint portal if you are a consumer residing in an EU country.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Kenny Anker ApS processes personal data with due observance of the General Data Protection Regulation and law. Information on your name, address, e-mail, telephone number is collected and solely used in connection with your orders and bookings on kennyanker.dk (agreement, shipment, billing, complaints, exchanges and refunds) as well as in our communications with you and for compiling statistics. We do not collect any other information on you.

 

The information we collect is always treated confidentially and in the manner that you expect and, in the way, which has been disclosed to you. We store your information on a secure server and take precautions to ensure that necessary technical and organizational security measures are implemented and maintained to secure your data from breech.

 

Your regular personal information is transmitted from you to kennyanker.dk in non-encrypted form.

 

Credit card information is communicated via kennyanker.dk to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection, and Kenny Anker ApS does not have access to your payment card information.

 

We store our customers data for as long as necessary in order to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed. Kenny Anker ApS does not disclose, sell or otherwise transfer information to third parties, unless you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

 

We comply with the rights of the data subject (including right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, objection, data portability, complaint and right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing, including profiling).
