If you want to return your products, drop us a note at mail@kennyanker.dk. Once we’ve received your email with all your details, we’ll organize a return label for your shipment with our full address printed, so there’s less for you to do!
It’s easiest to think of the return policy as a 14-day rule. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you’ve received your order and you’ll be able to request a refund during this time.
So you won’t be able to cancel your order if you’ve had it for longer than 14 days.
If you have ordered several items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

It’s approximately two weeks. Once our warehouse team has received your returned items, in pristine condition, you will receive your refund within 14 working days, depending on your bank.
Products
We make our collections as vegan-friendly as possible. All the KENNY BROWS products are vegan. However, the KENNY SKIN Perfectionist Concealer is not vegan-friendly as the formula contains beeswax.
None of our products are tested on animals.
We make all our KENNY BROWS and KENNY SKIN products with effective but gentle formulas that have the least chance of triggering a reaction. That’s why we don’t use perfume or other allergenic substances.
You’ll find our KENNY BROWS Brow Gel Clear is allergy certified. In addition, every product in the KENNY BROWS collection has been awarded the “A Kolbe” from the Danish consumer council, which means they are a clean choice if you want to avoid problematic ingredients.

Gift card
Yes! We think a gift card makes a great present, it’s always fun for those you wish to treat to choose what they would like for themselves. You can find them at kennyanker.com, available in several different amounts. The recipient of the gift card can use it online or at any one of our brow studios.
We hope you’ll be excited to choose your gift straightaway, but for those who like to save their treats for later, you’ve got two years to do so! Make sure to put a note in your diary two years from the date of issue, so you don’t miss out.
Once you’ve chosen your favorite KENNY ANKER products, go to checkout, where you’ll be invited to enter the gift card code. The amount on your card will automatically be deducted from your order’s total.
If there’s an amount left over on your card, lucky you! You can use the same gift card code until you’ve enjoyed spending your total amount.
If you lose your gift card before you have a chance to use it, drop us an email with your details and the name of the person who treated you at mail@kennyanker.dk. We’ll then be able to trace the original purchase and have a new card sent to you.

It’s possible that you may be charged an international transfer fee by your bank when you shop with us. This charge comes directly from your bank and is out of our control, that’s why we can’t guarantee that you will not be charged a fee when you place your order.
All the prices on kennyanker.com are in euros, which is also the currency in which you pay.

If you wish to change your order after it’s been placed, let us know at mail@kennyanker.dk, our team are waiting to help.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, drop us a note as quickly as possible at mail@kennyanker.nl. We’ll need your request in writing within an hour of your order being placed as we are pretty speedy in preparing your goodies to be shipped. All orders made first thing in the morning and up until 1.30 pm will usually be sent out the same day. If you’ve selected ‘Budbee’, this ensures your package leaves us even earlier. So to make changes we need to react fast. Even if you contact us after an hour, we will do our best to help with your cancellation request.
Cancellation conditions If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before treatment is scheduled to start. You can easily unsubscribe your booking by: logging into your profile on our online booking system, calling the Brow Studio during opening hours, or by email.
If you cannot cancel your agreement via our online booking, this will be because cancellation deadline has been exceeded. Please note, cancellation by SMS or voice mail is unfortunately not accepted. If the terms are not met, you will be charged 70% of the price of the booked treatment/s.
Default conditions In the case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment/s original price will be charged.
Medical conditions If you cancel your treatment after the 24-hour deadline due to illness, you will be charged 70% of the initial treatment/s price.
Arrival conditions When you have an appointment: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment starts. Should you arrive late, we will try to accommodate your needs in the remaining time, but if this is not possible, in some cases the appointment will be canceled. However, you will still be charged 100% of the original price of the ordered treatment/s.
When booking an appointment with a KENNY ANKER Apprentice Brow Artist there is a possibility treatment may be delayed by approximately 5-10 minutes. We do apologize in advance, but as our apprentice brow artists are students, these minor delays can occur.
Animal & children policy At KENNY ANKER, we love young children and animals! However, we respectfully ask for safety reasons, the sake of other clients, and because during treatment you’re unlikely to be able to monitor them, that they do not accompany you to the brow studio.
